Ultimate

Ahhh, thanks to those who have been praying for me :)  This week, I tried harder to have some work life balance...although I was late for the ultimate game on Monday, and had left early to go to dinner too (it was Summerlicious at North 44, hard to turn down; sorry team!).  Made it to Tuesday Mandarin classes!

The putonghua phrase of the week is:

Wo shi nu hai, bu shi nan hai.

ebrian provided a pretty cool site for ping ying:  http://www.pinyinpractice.com/

Hmm, in NT Greek, I think it would be something like:

eimi thelus, ou oudeis

but i'm sure the grammar is wrong...i've lost it all..NT Greek...

Went to run around in the park today with Kevin and Duncan to try to practice some for Ultimate; boy I'm horrible! But it was good getting some fresh air and excercise!

Still wishing for some solitude time to listen to God; I think I've been too busy to listen to Him.  Maybe Grand Bend, or Kelso for a Saturday sometime...

bedtime!

Jasy,

Glad you liked it; yeah, it's a crying ending because you know the cycle never ends; so her daugther serena would be going through the same stuff; and then it's even sadder when you remember that it's non-fictional journalism instead of some embellished sob story out of some author's head..anyway, a pre-cursor to your Major...
