Diss of the week...

Lord, grant me patience!! Tuesday - here is course of my reschedulings...I was going to leave work early (and be a slacker at month-end) to make it to my 8:00pm Mandarin lessons; but then I cancelled going to Mandarin lessons because I was going to go to a TCM training meeting at 7:00pm...but at 6pm, I got a call from my family who needed someone to go home and show the house for a 7:00pm appointment, so I had to leave work early not for Mandarin lessons, or for the TCM training meeting, but to show the house to potential buyers. So I drove like a mad woman up the DVP to make it home at 7:15pm (that's pretty on time for me)...and waited..and waited...and waited...until 8:00pm. Then I called our agent's office to see what happened and they told me that since we couldn't make the original appointment which was 5pm, it was cancelled and no one rescheduled a 7:00pm appointment.

So it's 8:00pm and I have 3 options - go to the TCM meeting 1 hour late; go to Mandarin lessons and be 15 mins late, or go back downtown to finish off work....
